Hi while upgrading from PS4 to PS5 many trophies did pup but five are missing so I wonder if it's a known issue or if they're going to pop randomly

So i've started the game on ps4 till i got the ps5, thing is, most of my ps4 trophies didn't carry over ps5, like the settlement progression, orlog one, etc, i know it's not a big deal since it can be done again in a new game, but, starting a full new game without new game plus is kinda off annoying...

Hi I’m also having the same issue, I managed to get a ps5 this week and upgraded my copy of Valhalla to ps5. I currently have 36 trophies unlocked on the PS4 version of Valhalla, after loading my cloud save on ps5 only 26 trophies popped.

I also have issues with missing trophies when moving from PS4 to PS5. Only 19 of 22 were transferred properly. The missing ones were settlement level 3 (I already had level 5 unlocked; however that one was granted after upgranding 1 building), killing 10 enemies in stealth, and (most annoying) the Lunden story arc trophy. I have completed Lunden 100%, nothing left to do there. Looks like I would need to start another playthrough until Lunden unless this bug/issues can be fixed otherwise...?

Similar issue here as well, 39/51 trophies unlocked. Very similar trophies missing as the above.

Same issue here, although I've not played that far yet. "Builder" did not pop when going from PS4 to PS5 version (on the same console), but other trophies did.

@ubi-raziel Hello, from the top of my head, the Settlement level 6 and the eliminate all order members achievements are not unlocking after I transferred from the PS4 version to the PS5 version of the game. Both requirements are done but no achievement.

I did contact Sony and tried everything thing reset license reconnect etc and they told me to contact Ubisoft I guess we'll go around and around ‍️

So I was playing AC: Valhalla via a PS4 copy of the game but on my PS5 console. I was about 60% completed on trophies when I downloaded the free PS5 version and loaded my save file up to continue my campaign. Upon starting the PS5 version for the first time I noticed the majority of trophies I had already earned popped again on start up of the PS5 version.
The issue I am having is that not all trophies have transferred over. For example the Lunden Arc completion trophy which I have already completed and unlocked on my PS4 trophy list isn't showing as unlocked when you go to the PS5 trophy list. There is only a small number of trophy which didn't transfer over or "pop" when I started the PS5 version but there is no way of getting them since the missions have already been completed. This means I am going to finish the game and have locked trophies which should have popped but havent, resulting in me being unable to get the Platinum trophy on either version.
This is an extremely serious issue for Ubi Connect save file transfers as well as trophy hunters who are being punished for switching consoles mid game and could cause further issues with other games.

As you can see from the photos I have trophies across the 2 games which should all be appearing as completed but are not. I completed these trophieis originally on the PS4 save file and then when I opened the save file in the PS5 version they did not appear as completed.

I would really appreciate a response or support from Ubisoft or someone else who is experiencing the same issue.

I recently recoeved the platinum trophy for the PS4 version of the game. Upon downloading and starting the ps5 version oy 70% of the trophies have been unlocked and I am still missing 11 trophies. I do not wish to start a new game as I have 120 hours on my playthrough. Can you provide any information on this thanks

Hi. Have a bug I don't see here. I have finished all of England, through Hamtunscire. I have all the trophies for finishing the various arcs except for the one for Lunden and Suthsexe. I have them on the PS4 version, but do not have them on the PS5 version, which is what I transferred to after playing the PS4 version first. So I can't actually platinum the game at this point.

It also seems that many of the trophies received on the PS5 version are not transferring over to the PS4 version at all. I tried doing that to sync up the two versions.

At one point most of the PS4 trophines transferred over to the PS5, but Lunden and Suthsexe did not appear to.

Can this be fixed without having to play the entire game over again?

Same here - come on Ubisoft please fix this!

I had unlocked quite a few trophies on the PS4 version of Assassin's Creed Valhalla before moving to the free upgrade on the PS5. The vast majority of trophies did transfer over with the exception of 2 trophies:

The Order Is Revealed - Complete the Lunden Arc
Builder - Reach settlement level 3

Is there any way to force these to unlock or will this be fixed in an upcoming patch?

Had the same happen. I have since gone on to collect all other trophies but with these story related trophies missing, no platinum fingers x'd for a fix soon

Having the same issue. Its disappointing we are left with the choice of playing the PS4 version to go Platinum or forgo trophy hunting all together to play the PS5 version. I don't consider starting over an option with 88 hours under my belt already. I've stopped playing the game entirely hoping Ubisoft fixes this issue.

• Ultimate Refinement, reobtained by maxing out another weapon/gear.
