Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hello there,
As we have had no reports of this issue happening in-game for some time now, we will now be marking this thread as "Resolved" and locking it.
If you are having trouble with any of the audio you've experienced in-game, please can you create a new thread? When reporting an audio issue, please can you include a video that demonstrates the audio trouble you've encountered in-game? This will help us to investigate further.
Thank you!
I am experiencing audio stuttering only during the intro and cutscenes to a point where I cannot make out the sounds. All other game audio is functioning normal during gameplay. This is also only experienced in my wireless headphones - Turtle Beach Stealth 700's. I've tried resetting the headphone connection and xbox but still having the same experience. This appears to only happen through wireless headphones, and not with tv speakers, or wired Sonos sound system. I would expect the headphones to be the cause of the issue, but the audio is working normally before and after cutscenes. I've also tested this with my Bose QC35's and see the same issue. The audio stutter during the cutscenes sounds like a scratched CD that is skipping, the dialogue and background noises are all skipping, but the subtitles are still on screen for me to understand what is being said. As soon as the game returns to a point where I can move the character again, the issue is gone.
@uselessbl00d
Exact same for me also with Turtle Beach 700 headset.
When I pause the game and resume again the stuttering stops for a few seconds.
Same issue, Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2's. First encountered when you return home for the first time in my experience. I've noticed that if you press a button on the controller it resumes normal audio and then it starts stuttering again moments later.
Hey all. As the title states I'm having issues in cutscenes where dialogue audio skips. It's never more than a word or two and it's reminiscent of when headphones aren't quite connected; there's a 1-2 second delay and then the audio picks right back up. I've also had it happen a couple of times in gameplay and there's a crackling/popping effect while the audio sorts itself out. Again, usually happens for a couple of seconds and all is well after. It's a pretty infrequent thing as well which makes the times it does happen all the more jarring. I'm playing the disc version on PS4 Pro and using a Playstation Gold Wireless headset as my audio device. I'm also updated to the 1.02 patch
Right, where to begin. I made a post on Reddit regarding my technical issues before I was made aware of this forum.
Please find that post Here
1) Since the beginning of the game there has been a dialogue syncing issue. I.E. Character 1 talks and gets half-way through their sentance and then the voice audio drops out until it is Charater 2's time to talk, at which point Character 1 continues their dialogue over/overlapping Character 2's dialogue. I've tried turning Dialogue Boost on and off with no difference whatsoever.
2) The frame rate, even in Fornburg the frame rate drops significantly. I've heard from other players on said Reddit post that England is even worse for this. I feel this is an issue that needs priority as it fundamentally ruins the gameplay and atmosphere of the game.
Please let the community know when the next patch is coming as, I'm sorry to say, it is unacceptable for Ubisoft to have sold us all Valhalla in its current state.
Also having the same issue with turtle beach stealth 700 wireless headset
@uselessbl00d Hi, this is happening for me on my headphones only which are turtle Beach 700 gen 2. I have found its likey to do with the wireless connection to the headphones. If you keep tapping one of the thumb sticks it doesn't happen for me. Just keep nudging it during cutscreens. It will start in the normal game as well if I leave it for a few seconds too.
The audio during cutscenes sometimes repeats and stacks on to the next line of audio and it's pretty annoying. Anyone else getting this?
I have the same issue with the stealseries arctis 7x the weird thing is when I move my thumbstick during cutscenes its gone for a few seconds. I noticed it during valhalla
Hey folks! I'm sorry you guys are all experiencing this issue. Is this happening in any other game for the Series X, or is specifically happening in Valhalla only? Notice any stuttering in other games/menus while using wireless headphones?
@daykillz1989 Hi, would you be able to provide a video of this happening? We are aware of some general audio issues, but any examples would be really helpful for the team!
It has done the same thing for me , with my stealth 600 I thought it was the headset so I went and bought the 700 and it does the same thing as described here... very frustrating... valhalla is the only game I have had this issue with thus far..
