Moved King Killer lockout

In the King Killer quest I killed Ivaar and sent him to hel. The next quest to inform Ubba does not give me an icon on the map to proceed.

When I arrive to the battle with Fenir in Binding Fate, I get through the introduction and we start walking toward the battle. Everything draws back and I blocked at the starting point. I can move the camera view. But all actions and motions are frozen.
I looked online for some corrections and have all of the graphics settings on low, that was a suggestion. Everything else in the game works very well. I really enjoy what you have provided for us.
