Game won’t load

Once I load in my game and press continue it stays on a black loading screen and the game won’t actually load I’ve left it on overnight to see if it would load and the game still won’t start I’ve deleted and re installed the game and it still work work I’ve tried everything and I can’t play the game I’ve even tried starting a new game and it won’t work.

I'm sorry this has been an ongoing issue for you with Assassin's Creed Vallhalla, @issy1801. Could you tell us if your copy of the game is a physical or digital copy? Do you see a green symbol on the bottom right of the screen when loading the game or is it just a blank screen?
