in this week's weekly items the Berserker Helm is showing as already purchased, with the tick on it but its not showing in my inventory or purchased items when i go into the shop. I didn't pre-order or buy the deluxe edition so as far as i know i wouldn't have the whole Berserker outfit. In the shop its also showing as owning 0 items.

i did complete the Way of the Berserker quest after buying the season pass but the full outfit has never shown up anywhere, not sure if i was meant to get the outfit then?

can you please advise how i can purchase this item in Reda's shop? Am on PS4 @Ubi-Borealis @Ubi-Keo @Ubi-Woofer thanks

Ubisoft should say this gear is available in Reda's Shop.
In Origins and Odyssey the Ultimate Editions Gear were only for them who bought the Ultimate Version.
Its ok other player can get the set too. but if i know it before i didnt buy Ultimate.
For me is this a no go

Hi everyone i have the Gold Edition Ac Valhalla on PC. Today i saw Reda was selling beserker helmet... It shows me that i already own it but it does not exist in my inventory anymore. Just today i noticed the whole set is not there. I have 105 hours in the game finished all quests almost 100 % game. What to do??? I really like how it looks and cannot transmog:((((((. I do not want to lose all the progresion I apologise if pictures are too big not very good at this kind of stuff. Please help i really want to transmog into beserker set. I'm having the same issue. I want to buy it and have been checking daily for weeks, but it's flagged as owned I'm also on PS4

I have the exact same problem. On Reda's shop, the Beserker Helm is ticked as owned which prevents me from buying it. But I don't have it on my inventory nor on the shop.
Playing on PS4.

Hi I play on ps4 and there is an issue with redas store for me on Valhalla as it says I own the berserker helmet on sale however I don’t as didn’t buy it with Opal or helix credits and didn’t preorder the right edition for me this is disappointing as it’s the one thing I wanted but didn’t preorder as too expensive so I waited for reda then when it happens I have no way of purchasing it

@isuwhat Same problem here. Item is shown as owned in the Opal store but I don't have it in my inventory and the store shows the item as not owned. Definitely a bug. I guess we'll all have to wait a few more weeks to get that damn helmet when it shows up again, this time not bugged I hope...

this video from Blakwoodz shows the same issue and he's lost a lot of his bought items too. Lots of comments on that video and this thread show its a problem for a lot of people. Now we need Ubi to hear us and hotfix this asap

The PS4 wont allow you to video both your in-game inventory and the Animus Inventory in the same raw.

Better take screenshots = Use the "Share" button (the little one at left of the central pad)
Once done, 2 options :

• Option 1 : Send them to Twitter then share the links in a post here
• Option 2 : Put the screenshots on a USB key, then on a PC downscale them to around 900 pixel Hight, and send them directly in your post here

Maybe there is other ways to share but I don't know them...

I will launch the game at 3 and hopefully didn't lose any other items I bought from Reda as seems to be people having that issue aswell. And Alvinder as I paid real money to buy it. That would really upset me.
