Thank you Ubisoft for providing the Ostara Festival decorations.

Please could it be possible to optionally keep some of the decorations from the Ostara Festival and other Festivals in "Assassins Creed: Valhalla" as it is possible to do with standard decorations selected by the "Red Dragon" marker:

The above picture shows the walkway in Ravensthorpe decorated with the Ostara Festival decorations.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

There's already a few threads about this, but to be honest, there can't be enough...
I started the game today only to for once see Raventhorpe in its normal state.
For my whole first playthrough it was wrapped in festival garments and full of butterfly and fireflies. Only things missing to make a children's birthday party complete was a pony and a clown...
I tried turning off the Connect overlay and started the game in offline mode. Festival persisted.

Can we please NEVER again get any festival stuff FORCED on us in this _single-player_ game?!?

A toggle somewhere in the menu for deactivating seasonal content would be lovely.
This is a reason not to play the game during certain times of the year and real setback for me.

Also: my crashes are gone since today.

@valorin replying to myself here since I can't edit my post anymore:
Obviously I totally misread the OP...
I do NOT want to keep the decorations...
I mean, why not add an option to add whatever we want to keep since it's our game and maybe even toggle through all the available festivals whenever we want and NOT make them depending on the time of the real year and have our own timeline for festivals within the game, or just toggle them off. That way every player could customize and use the content provided to its full extend and however they like. Because customer is king, right?
