Hey guys,
i want to make it clear, that i dont want to "hate" or anything nor do i disrespect the developers at ubisoft or anything.
I was looking forward to playing AC: Valhalla on PC , because this week i am having a week off and its lockdown still.
So i was thinking hey my 3060Ti could use somethign to work on.. and ive been planning on getting Valhalla for some time now.
So i got it, about 3 days ago.
And i realyl like the game.. great visuals fun gameplay really fun story. I mean i have like previsous AC games so .. i was not surprised i would like it ... but...
The technical side of the game was deeply disapointing. I have lighting issues where every scene as some flickering of sunlight, indoors beeing overly bright, geometry only partly visible.
Its so distracting in fact, that i was thinking of a refund, but ive played 6 hoursl or so already, trying fixes out i read on the internet and then seeing what works, all drivers are current, game is current , but nothing.
In fact, i had LESS issues with Cyberpunk on launch day. I do think that Cyperpunks it technically the better game. From my experience of course your mileage may vary.
So wanted to feedback that iam deeply disapointed by the technical shortcomings of the game. Maybe its the whole covid situation or lack of testing or whatever i cant answer that of course.. still i paid 60 bucks for a game that has such distracting visual problems its not playable.
Assassins Creed Origins worked flawlessly for me, just to put that in perspective, well you cant always be satyisfied with a product you purchase.. its life...i guess?
Thanks for listening.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
