Paid twice for an item in Reda's store

Hey,
due to a bug I paid twice for a sword in Reda's store. I bought the sword but it doesn't apprear in my inventory, even after a reload. Than I bought it again and noticed that I paid twice, so 240 opals. Loading an older save game doesn't fix the problem. Is there any way to get the opals back? Or do I have to farm them again

@mrcrackdonut Hi there, I would like to check this out more. What was the name of the sword that you purchased? And did this happen on the day you contacted us?

I have a similar issue, I have lost my Nilfheim helmet which I buy from Reda shop 30.3. And my opals are lost too. -
@mrcrackdonut Thank you! I can only see one transaction for this sword, at 120 Opal. The other purchase isn't showing up in your inventory logs, but I can see another 120 opal transaction for some Niflheim gear. Maybe this was the other missing 120? If not, let me know.
@Smrtiak-SVK we're looking into an issue with the Niflheim gear specifically. Could you please provide a screenshot of your Animus "Owned" section and an image of your in-game inventory? -
@ubi-spud I bought the Niflheim gear at another time. I bought the sword once, left the Reda menu and noticed that the sword wasn't in my inventory. Then I thought I didn't press the buy button long enough and bought it again. After that, the sword was in my inventory but I also noticed that I had only around 180 opals left and before I talked to Reda I had over 400 opals, for sure. So the sword must have been billed twice.
