Apparently Ubisoft "support" has decided not to support players with technical issues, because when I wrote the support ticket below, they told me to "go to the forums." In other words, there is NO support.
So many one of you can figure this out.
I have an issue with the transmorg system, but only on the boots. I go to the blacksmith, go to the change appearance area in his menu, and choose my Brigand boots as the base, then I use the Merchant boots as the cosmetic. I pay my 50 silver. When I exit and look at my inventory page, instead of having the Brigand boots, it shows I'm wearing the Merchant boots, and thus losing all the benefits of a fully updated and "rune-filled" Brigand boot. No matter how many times I do this, the result is the same.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hey @tolkyyn, my apologies for the frustration this issue has been. Our team is currently investigating this issue, however, could you resend the link to the video to me here? I'd like to share this with our game's team to add to their investigation.
