When trying to change the shields on the main longship, it instead applies the shields that are on the river raiding longship.
For example; if the river raid longship is using the Jomsviking shields, and the main longship is using Hearthweru, the visual on the main longship is of Jomsviking shields rather than Hearthweru shields. This graphical error occurs no matter what shields are being used on either ship; the raid longship shields always overwrite the main longship shields.

Playing on Xbox One. Have reloaded the game and error persists.

I purchased the Jackdow Shield Longboat cosmetic via Reda at my Settlement. The Shield is Black with a White Skull in it's center. When I assigned the shield to my Longboat and went to see how it looked, that cosmetic shield does not show up.

Ubisoft this issue needs to be fixed. Top: LongShip is not showing the Jackdaw Shield cosmetic. Bottom: Showing that the Jackdaw Shied cosmetic was selected in the Shipyard.

@ubi-borealis The link below is a video that shows Asgard shields being applied to the main longship, but the raid ship shields (Jomsviking) are overriding the selected shields.

*EDIT* this issue seems to only occur with certain shields on the raid ship - Hearthweru is overriden by all raid shields, Asgard is overriden by Jomsviking raid shields but not by Carolingian.
This issue could be directly related to the Hearthweru shields rather than Jomsviking.

Same here. Shields that are on the River Raid Longship are showing up on my Main Longship. I applied the Jackdaw Shield Cosmetic to my settlement Longship and it does not show up. Pictures below shows the problem/bug. Top Picture My Settlement Longship. Bottom My Shipyard Ship Cosmetic's selection showing the Jackdaw Shield was applied.

You know Ubisoft I for one am sick and tired of your comment "We are sorry to hear about this". If you fixed your game things like the new Shields Graphics bug would not be happening. Seems your newest patch just added more bugs to an already bug ridden game.

My Drakkar (with Jackdaw shields equipped) seems to take on the appearance of the Jomsviking shields that I equipped on my River Raid Longship. The bug persists even when I change the shields on the River Raid Longship to Jackdaw shields instead of Jomsviking shields.

shield image on long boat no longer shows up after spending opals on AC4 blag flag image. now now images load on the shields for the crew or side of the longboat. opals and real money spent is now wasted



Image shows up in the preview menu but not in game. basic orange and black shields no matter what is selected. I wanted to buy some more boat stuff with rl cash but I will wait til this bug is fixed. I really wanted the gothic set

I came across some bug that in the shipyard you can choose the colors of the shields on the ship, and in the Viking ship you can't see these shields. There are some regular random shields or Jomsvikings. I don't know what to do to get these shields on the ship. I set up the Asgard Shields and can't see them, the whole Asgard set will not be visible. Please help. There was no option to hide the appearance in the shipyard.

I cannot change the shields on the sides of my long boat. I'm on PS4.
