Temple of Ceres Bureau icon remains on the map after collecting the codex page, wealth and armour

I've gotten everything in the temple, the codex page, the ingot, and of course the hidden ones armor piece, I've checked online to make sure I've collected everything, and I have. The problem is that the icon is still on the map as if the bureau is not completed. It's not harming my game file or progress in any way, it's a purely cosmetic hindrance on the map. All the other bureaus I've done are no longer there, so it's just bugging me that it's just THERE, watching me, taunting me. I wasn't able to find any other issues like this online, so I'm leaving this comment here in hopes that I can find a solution, or at least the closure of knowing it's permanent if that happens to be the case.

Adding on to that, I also get the "location discovered, temple of ceres bureau" text on the screen every time I go too far from the icon and come back to it, and aside from the icon, it also says it upon entering the temple itself every time. So I get the message when I enter the vicinity of the icon, and again when entering the temple itself, and this happens every time without fail.

@bielik01 I understand that you collected all of the items at the location, however can you confirm if you have successfully collected all 6 pages of the codex for Hytham or do you still have some codex pages to collect? I just wanted to check that collecting the codex page from that location has been recognised.

I'm having the same issue, however, I only have 5 out of 6 codex pages yet have collected everything on the map. With the exception of the saint faith world mystery which is also bugged and not completed. 200 hours of gameplay and I cant finish these 2 things. Help please?

The development team are still investigating what could potentially be causing the icon to remain on the map after all items have been collected. Any updates from this investigation will be shared within the News & Announcements forum, so I recommend keeping an eye out there for more information.
I'm sorry to hear you're still missing a codex page. Can you let us know which number codex page you're missing? We can then check where you should be able to find this page in-game.

I have icon in my map too. And I cant find my last codex page from there I have Hidden one's leggins from there and all the other codex pages. I've waiting for this to be fixed. But now that I have played this trough it us annoying that I cant get thatone done -
