Reporting Bug: All opals gone

Yesterday I was playing AC Valhalla (i was in the reda store) when suddenly my game crashed. I wanted to stop anyway so I didn't restart the game. This morning I wanted to see what reda had in his shop, and suddenly all my opals are gone. Does anybody know how to fix this?

@guest-x7hmr1gc Sounds like you are playing offline. Opal count is zero offline. Your opals are stored on the server independent of your game saves.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
As Opals are linked to your account as an online activity-related items, if you got disconnected or weren't connected, that would be the reason that you were unable to see them.
Have you tried restarting your game and check if you're connected by any chance?
