Disappointed with lack of fix for walls & Shadow issues.

I've been reviewing , testing and consulting on video games since 1996. I founded gameboyz.com, check the first site on the wayback machine. Over the years i've worked with and offered strategic advice to MS, Sony , Nintendo, Activision and many others.
My beef is with The Walls and Shadows issues of AC Valhalla- Objective not updating
- Cinematic doesn't start
These are not minor but major issues that stop the storyline from progressing.
For a game that was a big driver of Ubisoft's revenues, the fans of the franchise (IMHO) are getting raked over the coals. After putting in many hours of gameplay only to have progress stopped in the game by a major bug that is over 6 months old is insulting.
The online forums are full of people reporting the problem with no resolution. The standard answer to these enquiries is "We're looking into it".
I'd hate to see the AC franchise come to a screeching halt because Ubisoft wouldn't listen to their fans and the street.
Video games are a top down bottom up business. Sales don't happen in the boardroom, sales happen at street level. aka your fan base. Once you stop listening to the street you lose your customers.
