PS5 No Sound and Low Music Volume

Guys it is like a joke. Running with a horse in Norway no foot sounds. No sounds on water or on snow. Another issue is that the MUSIC is so low volume. I really want to refund my game but PS STORE does not have that. What is it that with all ubisoft titles there are sound issues like this? Why do you make music if you are going to put it so low volume? If you are not going to fix the horse sound at least fix the music volume.

Hey there @Fiznini ! The missing horse movement sounds is currently under an investigation, and a solution is looking to be implemented in a future patch! For the music volume, would you be able to take a video demonstrating this, and also show your sound settings in-game? Thank you!

Thanks for the reply. I do not know how to record on PS5 and put it here. The thing is music volumes and shanties are kind of low volume.
