I'm sorry to see that you all are still encountering this issue, and are thus unable to leave Asgard. For those of you on the PC or PS4, please send your save files to us, so we can add those to our on-going report about this issue. You can share this file with us on our Support website by making a support ticket and sharing your case numbers here.
Drank the wrong potion I guess the second potion didn’t appear for me now I’m stuck in Asgard the last 6 auto saves r all Asgard and my last real save was from November 30th please fix bug and get me out of Asgard
@ubiexcellent I just submitted my ticket only moments ago, so I haven't gotten a response yet, but here's my case number: 13531157 I also couldn't upload my save file because it wouldn't accept that type of file.
December 8th, 2020. I'm stuck in Asgard, attempting to complete "Going Deeper". I have completed everything else in Asgard. Now I'm just stuck, and I cannot "wake up".
I'm on PS4.
Ok Ubisoft, what's the word?? Because I cannot play the game any further until this bug is fixed, and it's super frustrating. I can't imagine what the people feel like that dropped another $40 for the season pass that can't play right now

When I try to start the 'Going Deeper' quest to enter Jotunheim by drinking the second potion the game starts loading as if it's going to progress.
It then crashes completely and ejects the disk from my PS4.
I get a 'Data corrupted for the application' error.
This is happening every time I try to start this quest, I've just updated to version 2.0 to see if this has fixed the issue but it hasn't. Game still crashes when I drink the second potion to enter Jotunheim.
Is this a known issue or a new bug?

I'm currently having this very same problem on my PS4 Slim and Pro version. Hope Ubi fixes this issue in the upcoming update.
Hey all! Sorry to hear this is happening. I'd like to know if each of you are experiencing this on the same platform, PS4? Additionally, some of these reports are from a while back. Does this issue still occur today? If so, I'm curious to know if these troubleshooting steps assist in resolving the issue.

Indeed i’m Still having this issue with the Going Deeper (Jotunheim) quest. As I mentioned before, I tried to continue with the quest in my PS4 Slim and Pro version but the same issue occurs on both consoles. Even though I’ve done already the troubleshoot steps you’ve mentioned above, the bug still happens on both consoles.

This problem also affects PC as well except Ubisoft Connect says the game crashed and gives an option to send a crash report instead of a corrupted file error.
My seerer hut wont let me use the second potion to go to the land past asgard it starts loading then says theres something wrong and spits my game out..
@guest-9rulvnat Hello there! I'm sorry to hear about this. Do you get any specific error codes / messages when this happens? Furthermore, it may be helpful to give the steps found within this FAQ a try! Let me know if things persist after having done this.
@ubi-spud Both potions are there after turning in the plants, but only the Asgard potion is useable. The blue potion is there, but is not able to be used or interacted with and the seer has no options to talk about.
