Game cant start after NVidia driver update 465.89

Hi,
The game was running fine but after I updated my NVidia driver to the latest version 465.89 the game won't start and I got this error :
-Unable to initialize graphics system gpu does not support dx12
I tried the following:
- Verify game files
- Reinstall UBISOFT
- Run as administrator
- Uninstall my GPU driver using DDU and reinstall it
I'm facing the same issue with The Division 2 when I enabled DX12
Any ideas on how to fix it?
GPU 3080
CPU i9-900k
RAM 32g

Hey there @WHITE-DIABLO666 ! I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue after updating your Nvidia driver! Is there any chance you can roll back the driver and test out if both Valhalla and Division 2 continue launching okay? (This is not a solution, just a test.) Please let me know the results. Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
