Unable to progress with Storming Ravensburg (Birna not talking Bug)

I have just begun Souma Treachery Quest and started from Birna’s Storming Ravensburg.
I believe the bug took place on the way to Birna when I encountered one of the kendalls (Zealot) and started to fight him. Right after this, Birna’s quest sign disapeared even though it was still being tracked in the mission menu. I was able to talk to her and exhaust all her dialogues. Then, I cleared Ravensburg, and tried to talk to her (quest sign still not showing), that’s when I noticed something was really wrong, there was no “talk” button showing up.
After watching some walkthrough videos on the internet I noticed Birna’s normal behaviour should be to follow Eivor while raiding Ravensburg, in my case, she didn’t.
Now, the quest sign is showing again (“Talk to Birna”) but still I’m unable to do it. Ravensburg has no enemy left also.
I tried everything possible, inside and outside the game. I tried turning on and off mission track, tried fast travelling near and far away (norway), also tried loading a previous save (it was too late for that), completely uninstalling the game but nothing seems to work.
I had to stop playing the game not to lose progress hoping for this bug to be fixed. -

Sorry to hear that you are unable to complete The Stench of Treachery.

Hi, thanks for the fast reply.
Today, when I loaded the game, I noticed Ravensburg enemies have respawned, so I recorded 2 clips, one before noticing they respawned and one after clearing it again (Birna still not following Eivor when raiding and still not talking on both occasions). I also noticed Ravensburg's key was back to its respawn (with the enemy) even though all the treasures were already looted.

@baraka__13 Thanks for posting this question, I'm in the exact same boat. Was this issue ever resolved? I'm running into the same exact problem. PS5 disc version, went through all the dialogue, but Birna won't follow me to Ravensburg, and I can't progress. (Responded to @ubi-mark as well, also responding here just in case.)

Hello, and I sincerely apologize for the delay, but thank you both for your patience. This has been difficult to reproduce. If you have not started a new game, could you both send your most recent manual save to the cloud? Also, if you could provide a video from your gameplay that shows Birna not following or able to be interacted with, that would be helpful as well! Same Bug here today... can’t do anything. Birma stays near the rock and I can’t talk to her. Repro steps: I hadn’t seen any marker on the map from this misson so I had to restart game. Markers have shown, then I talked to Birna first time, asked all those questions about inner circle and when we finished conversation she and her companion should help me with attack on Ravensburg, but they didn’t do that. Hence I took village solo. Now I have state where I should talk with Birna but I can’t. Triangle to speak doesn’t appear. Help Please I think is major Bug blocking main story.

@guest-dwkrwnzg Thank you for providing these reproduction steps! This is great information that I can send up to the Game team. Just to make sure, have you updated your game to the 1.2.1 version? Also, to add to this, can you send me an image or video from your gameplay that shows Birna is unable to be interacted with? I can see a manual save in the cloud from the other day when you posted here, so thanks for that as well!

@guest-dwkrwnzg Thanks for sending this video link! Out of curiosity, if you use Odin's Sight and approach Birna or change your Exploration difficultly to Adventurer, do you notice any change? Also, would you mind completing the guide here? This includes restoring your licenses and power cycling which can actually resolve a decent amount of in-game issues. Just want to rule everything out if possible! Thanks again for your assistance with this!

@ubikobold Hey, I encountered the exact same issue today..... I talked to birna, not having the quest locked, could talk about al three options, then she wanted us to go in alone. But the quest just didnt update. I still says "talk to Birna" and I canot do anything with her.
I have now tried everything possible in the game, on my console, throug the links you provided in here....
even clearing the nearby enemy base or diying there didnt do anything....
switching the quest to the other possible way in your home or going back and forth to nordvege....nothing....
I am Playing on PS5, how can I provide my savegame to you guys? -
@thyrael369 Thanks for letting me know that you have encountered this in-game as well, and what you have done to try and remedy the situation. For a save game file, just perform a manual save in-game. This will then forward it to the cloud where I can send it to the Game team. Just let me know once you have performed the manual save and I will send it to the Game team! Also, just to be sure, you tried starting Storming Ravensburg or The Stench of Treachery Quest? Additionally, are you playing on a digital or physical copy of the game?

My last savefile from like 30min ago is exactly at the not talkable Birma...
Im sorry I dont know the questnames since I play in german.
When you first come to England, you have two options. North an South. I startet doing the southern party with Soma. did the other two quest with her companions and now stuck on birna.
So i tryied switching to the other path in my base. Went back to Birma, still standing in that spot bur still unable to talk to.
