Longship and Jomsviking cosmetic items bugged out

I have an issue where the shield cosmetic items I'm using on my long ship is not showing up. No matter which cosmetic shield item I'm applying, what displays in game on my longship is the original default shield skins.
Also, the cosmetic setup I have on my Jomsviking gets reverted back to default after some in game time has passed.
Anyone else having these issues? Very frustrating. -

joms armor and weapons reset each time to general
and shields on a longship are black and red (from RRaids) all the time, even if in ship decoration menu picked-up raven clan shields
