Voice Effects missing on several Helmets?

Correct me if i'm wrong but i think on some helmets the voice effects are not there. If i take the Draugr Helmet and change to another one, that helmet has the voice effect of the Draugr Helmet. But after a while the effect is gone again.
I thought there is a voice effect on the Taranis Helmet but it is very hard to hear it and maybe there is no effect.
