Bug with light attack and bow

First of all, I’m playing on PC and using a usb-c connected Xbox Series X controller. I load my game up and light attack and arror release work fine. It’s when I start a raid that they decide to not work. I started a river raid doing the Treasures of River Exe quest and as soon as I load in I can draw my bow but the arrows do not shoot, light attacks with any weapon don’t respond whatsoever but the heavy attacks work fine. Only fix i’ve found is closing my game and loading it back up. I’ve tried to do the river raids 4 times now and it happens each time, and it follows me back into Ravensthorpe so I have to just reload my save before I started the River Raid altogether.
