Honor Has Two Edges Missing Quest

I finished the cut scene with Hafdan in War in the North, which completed the mission. After that, no quest marker for Honor Has Two Edges showed up. No quests for Eurvicscire appeared in the Quests menu either. I restarted the game, but that didn't fix it. I decided to finish Glowcestrescire because I thought after I finished that arc then Eurvicscire would be fixed. It wasn't fixed. I repledged to it, went to the area where Faravid should be, and Faravid isn't even there. The only thing indicating that I'm in the mission is the "Honor Has Two Edges" at the top left of my map. How do I fix this without doing another game? I've spent nearly 100 hours and I'm not willing to restart.
