This morning after starting up Assassin's Creed Valhalla, I find all of my stuff dealing with the Helix store gone. As well as, all the opals I have collected and the gear pack from twitch prime (or Amazon Gaming now I guess its called).

I had over 100 and was saving for a sword and next time I looked, it said I had 0 opals. [censored]?? There’s also no items for sale in Reda’s shop. It’s just blank.

i own the ultimate edition of valhalla and after update 1.04 my beserk gear keeps disappearing like i dont own it so does my wolf mount and the raven that comes with the edition i own all of my stuff is gone i then find it after restarting the game and start upgrading it again and now while playing and looking in the game store my gear and stuff disappears again WHILE PLAYING THE GAME i dont want it to return at level one again i am wasting the stuff i have to use to keep upgrading it over and over again and its not right to have spent $100 to own this version of the game and keep losing my gear can you please fix this soon or i will take the game to gamestop and stop playing this game all together because at this rate i am wasting my time on the game

so i bought the valkery armour pack and drauger pack but i lost them both when i lauched the game can someone tell me what to do

@wolf-man010 I have the same issue, the items I bought from the store with Helix credits have disappeared after installing patch 1.04.

I have the same issue. My serker gear is gone, and my helix credits are gone.

Looks like connection to ubisoft isn't working in game anymore and we lost our stuff including dlc.

actually its also the stuff from the twitch too. Not sure if it is basically anything mythical or shop bought but all my mythical gear is gone!!

It would seem the patch removed all paid for items on my character to include what ever Helix points I had left over.
PC install straight from ubisoft site.
This is not good as I purchased the highest helix version and bought quite a few things from the store.

Hey, I have the same issue, no matter which save I load. I lost everything related to ubisoft connect, ingame store and twitch prime rewards. It doesn't appear in the inventory nor the owned section of the store.

So just loaded up Valhalla (on PC) for first time since the latest patch. Logged in and my character was naked, thought that's odd...

Go in my bag and loads of my gear is missing, from what I can remember I'm 100% missing my Carolingian armour/spear from the Twitch reward, tha'ts all gone and I think some axes and other items are missing too. I was using them and had upgraded quite a bit too.....

[censored] really I can see other users posting similar issues. Is there any fix for this please? I cba to even play without my gear back...

This just happened to me with the Carolingian Pack from Twitch Prime when I loaded up today. I noticed when loading a save I still have the armor on, but moments after I spawn in the world the armor gets removed. However, all of my Rewards items remain. I wonder if this has anything to do with the Jomsviking, I had the armor on them and noticed yesterday that there were 2 copies in their equip menu. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but maybe the issue is related.

Same issue here. I claimed the Carolingan Set through Amazon, and as soon as I load into the save file the armor just gets stripped from Eivor and disappears. Tattoos I bought with free credits, too, got lifted right off his skin.

I'm not playing until this is fixed because I don't want to overwrite that save, just in case.

After the update, played for a few mins, All of the sudden the game lagged and stopped working, after a restart back to the game, I lost all my in-game purchase and remaining left over of Helix Credit..

All my mythical gear lost too, i even bought helix credits and then some weapons and armor and they are all gone too. This happened after the update

I lost all my opals, I had 495 opals yesterday and after I have started the game today I only have 50 opals. I have absolved the daily and weekly quests everyday since beginning and collected a ton of the opals in the world. Is there a way to get my opals back?

Dear Ubisoft,

You have struck again... I gave up playing Watch Dogs Legion after the royal [censored] show that game turned out to be with its bug ridden release.

I was enjoying AC Valhalla with not very many issues plaguing me except one that made me lose 5 hours of gameplay... but compared to the 25 hours I lost on WD:Legion... it was nothing.

After installing the latest patch for AC Valhalla myself and others have lost purchases made in the store with Helix credits. So I hope you can remedy this, and maybe give us some extra Helix credits to make up for it. Thanks.

Those in question are i.e. the character packs. I lost the stealthy one, whatever the name was.

Another player I read has lost access to the two other character packs that he bought.

Can confirm, all my Carolingian Pack items are gone as well. Game crashed at 8:45 EST after picking up the Spartan shield from a chest. Had to Task Manager force quit. Upon restarting, all Twitch Prime items were gone.

I recently bought the berserker gear set but now when i load into the game its completely removed from my inventory. Any help would be appreciated.

I feel all of you, same happened to me and right now i cant play anymore cause i dont have my gear
