Moved Small gold reappearing after already completed

I just noticed today that the small gold items just reappeared on the map and glowing bright yellow. I had completed Ledecestre a while ago. I visited some to just make sure they were not new items, and they were repeats. It shows I have to redo all of the small chests but my bar says nearly complete.
