@ubi-borealis As I mentioned, I will do a video if I can tonight, but as @DevonAgent said, there is nothing really to show. It will show Fulke standing there unable to interact with and then I can do East and West to show you that there's nothing on either side of the challenge.

@ubi-borealis I have recorded this on my phone. It shows Fulke just stood there and the map icon at the top of the map.

After merchant is killed I cant talk to Fulke and ambush enemies.

Same here.... First I could not speak to Falke, then the mission icon was out of the map, and now I have just chapter three telling me a merchant (that I killed - the body still there) is going to the chief castle without any mission icon and impossible to progress (3 hours of side missions)

I am stuck...

I have noticed since this glitch that some other graphic problem: invisible blackberry bush (but you can eat them), trasparent explosive jars, and ropes where you can glide just disappeared, making impossible to reach some locations.

So a little update! I’ve pretty much wiped the game out to a certain point. I can’t go to other places on the map and have done two of the Odin tasks. But.... I went back to Fiery Ambush and low and behold as I rode into town on my horse the cut scene activated!

@Ubi-Borealis I got same bug too in xbox seriesx. Its going to solve soon?

Issue:
Cannot interact with Fulke at Eatun Barn. The mission in progress is "Fiery Ambush" and the task "Kill the merchants". 

The map indicator is also stuck to the top of the screen

I'm also stuck here. When I came into Eatun Barn for the first time, I burned the supply wagons straight away and probably killed the merchants Fulke was talking to before the cutscene. So never got the cutscene where they plan for the ambush. So now the quest says kill the merchants, the quest marker shows somewhere north outside the map, and cant talk to Fulke.

In my opinion its not good enough that this hasnt been fixed yet, its 4,5 months since the first post about this. My last save is many hours before this, all autosaves are now after the bug. If I skip the rest, can I still finish the game? Or can I get my money back?

When completing the quest, "Blood from a Stone," I received the quests "Chipping Away" and "Fiery Ambush" as normal. Opting to go straight to Eatun Barn, and destroy carts/kill shield bearers as I go, I make it to Eatun Barn, but Falke is not arguing with the merchant as she should be. Not knowing differently, I shoot the oil barrels from the bushes, and my game freezes. I force stop the game and reload, and am met with the task under "Fiery Ambush" called "Kill the Merchants." I kill the merchants marked with objective markers, then nothing. No cutscene ever triggered. Falke is standing there, unable to be interacted with. I go around and finish "Chipping Away" by destroying carts and killing shield bearers, but "Fiery Ambush" is still stuck. I've done several other quests, including "In Dreams" where I've left the map entirely, but the quest remains stuck. I've gone back to Randvi and pledged a different shire, only to repledge Oxenfordeshire, but the quest remains stuck. The objective marker in the mini map is locked to the rightmost point and in the world map, the topmost point. I can provide video footage as I was live streaming the game on Twitch when it happened.

Same problem with fiery ambush, quest located on top of the map and no merchants left to kill or no where to find. Xbox one S

@ubi-mark I am sorry to tell you that your answer is far from being satisfactory.

A lot of people are stuck for a clear ubisoft problem, and there seems to be no clear reaction.

Please take the actions to solve the glitch RAPIDLY !!!

@ubi-mark yes I’ve been able to progress. I basically did everything else possible until that mission needed to be finished. Went back and the cut scene started.
