Why does this keep happening

Hello Chaps,
This only seams to be happening on the XBX version of AC Valhalla, I keep getting Bonus Map and gear that I already have and it keeps happening all the time and it is becoming a little frustrating because it is happening constantly now. each time I load the game it comes up, when I go to Reda and take a contract or buy from his shop it comes up. when I got to the Blacksmith it comes up. not sure why this is happening I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it is still happening. Any idea to what is happening would be appreciated. is there a problem with my XBX Ubisoft profile as I have 2 profiles one for PS and one for XBX. Watch the video and you will see what is happening. on the PS this doesn't happen only on my XBX Ubisoft account. -

It gets me really furious by now, but Valhalla does not support Quick Resume. You will surely lose progress at some point and some armors will also disappear/re-appear and multiply. -
@hefeydd_ Can you confirm if you have duplicate items in your inventory, is it adding them each time you receive the notification? Also when did this start happening, was it since the latest update?
