Has anyone else heard Gunnar make strange comments such as "You better let me go" since title update 1.2.0? He says some other things, but I can't remember then atm.
EDIT: He also says "You don't know what you're doing. When I'm free I'll make short work of you"
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@itzi3obby Yes! Its so weird. I overheard this from the other side of town. I ran over cause I was worried he was in an abusive relationship with Brigid, but she was just sweeping the doorway.
@itzi3obby Same. I think it’s a bug; there are many bugs related to the settlement and the most recent patch, it seems.
Does anyone else have Gunnar murmuring some weird, threatening stuff at the Settlement? It's something I noticed him doing ever since the Ostrara event came. It's lingering even now after the event has ended. Below is an example of this phenomena:
@eErudius @iTzI3OBBY @JCar4327 @lemmie88 @RissanndeVino @tekntonk @rcdeschene Hi all, apologies for the late response.
Thanks for your feedback, I can confirm that this has been reported to the development team.
He’s always muttering menacing psychotic stuff. The question is where does this dialog belong if not in general? It’s there a mission these come from? Maybe this is intentional, they wouldn’t record and include the lines without purpose.
I find it interesting to have him grumbling away there, makes me want to learn more, what’s really going on. Did we kidnap him and is he a virtual slave? Has someone done him some wrong? Is he just losing it?
Don’t just fix this Ubisoft. Make a small DLC about it, take the opportunity to do something really twisted and powerful.
@kormac67 lol mine too. I fast travel to Ravensthorpe and he is mumbling away "...and I will make you pay". I'm guessing its from cut content from the Glowecestre arc. It would be neat to see it be something meaningful though. Outside of his psychotic breaks, he always says the nicest things to Eivor.
Yes! I've also experienced this. I didn't want to say anything about it, or research it to see if anyone else has experienced it, because I thought it would eventually have something to do with some quest, but I have just finished the game to full completion, including side quests, and he still says it and it seems to have nothing to do with anything. He mutters menacing stuff seemingly to himself, such as, "Better let me go or you won't like what happens. You're going to regret this. I have friends enough to make you pay." And it's still present as of patch 1.2.2, on 16 June 2021.
Yes, I have noticed this as well. He's saying the menacing comments that have been listed here so far. When I walk up to him, though, he's back to being the pleasant Gunnar again. I hope it's just a glitch of some sort.

I thought the same thing ..! whether it was a secret quest, or some detail in the story that I had missed ... XD if you think, for example, of the mission in which to retrieve the snake's eggs from the woman, that she will "take revenge" on those who [censored] in her well ..! XD we have seen even stranger and more comic situations! XD
