Moved Quest giver stop giving quest after a round

I got to a point that the game already crashed for multiple times specially during brawl. When I tried the shooting game, after I finished one round, the quest giver left her area and is not interactable. after that I went to the drinking game and after the round has finished the quest giver left the area and is no longer interactable. Same thing happened to the brawl quest giver. I tried reloading my saved file before the crashing started and same result happened, quest giver for brawl, shooting game and drinking game left their area and is no longer interactable.
