It worked well on 2 separate saves on 2 separate accounts on 1 PS4 pro, all had 300 HELIX credit from the game...
Here the steps I did :
1° OFFLINE
2° verifyed and unequiped any Yule stuff (armor and, or weapon)
3° Manual save
4° ShutDown Game, then PS4
5° ONLINE
6° APPLYED PATCH 1.2.0
7° Openned game
8° Claimed reward (bottom right)
9° Loaded a save
10° Enjoyed (no downgrade)

@razgamaziel - Thanks for sharing how you were able to claim the Godly reward pack. Would you be able to check if the resources used to upgrade the armour with previously were returned to your inventory?

The ressources were not returned to my inventory. (but that's a minor issue, i can farm them in Hamtunscire).

Just booted the game up this morning and went to see if I could claim the Godly rewards and it worked! But, because my items were already gone the game gave them back to me at their base quality instead of the upgraded quality I had them at. @Ubi-Borealis should I refrain from upgrading the items or is there not much the team can do now that I have claimed the items.

Here to express that I got all Yule Festival items, but have not much interest in Godly Reward, and the instance I played online, all my Yule items were removed; all upgrade resources for the weapons and outfits returned.

Once this action was performed and the game auto-saved, the items remained removed even after going offline.

Now the only thing for me to keep my Yule items is to stay offline.

@azullfr looks like it was fixed at least in my case, i try again this morning, and i was able to claim the reward

A hotfix for this was just announced on Twitter, just tried again now and I could claim the pack with no issues. The event items are back on my game too now, the gear will have to be upgraded again but that's no problem.

@Ubi-Borealis Are there any plans to maybe give players who lost their items, free materials so that we can upgrade them back to the quality they were before they were deleted?

I was able to redeem today without issue. Didnt have to do anything special and it worked.

Same here, did nothing, only “bought” the godly pack again and received the opals etc. Also got all the armors back, that were gone after trying to get the godly pack yesterday. But the armors are all back to zero and I did not get all my resources back.

Also lost all my progress from yesterday again... Had the same yesterday... This is really beginning to irritate me...

Thank for the godly reward, but I already owned all the Modraniht items from the yule-festival.
Claiming the reward reset all these items to superior quality !!
Guess we have to refarm 21 iron and tungsten ingots + the upgrade materials...
Also, Why did we bother completing all the yule-festival activities, if you give away these items now for free ?? -_-

As the title says... I don’t know if an update has caused this but when I last played I had the Yule items on my character and now I don’t.
they are not in my inventory.
I noticed they was missing because I got into a fight and all of a sudden I’m now punching so went to re equip my dagger and it’s vanished not in my inventory.
no where to be seen.

It somehow fixed it self, I saved my game, purchased the godly pack and I now have my items back [censored]

My mythical status Modrahinht (yule festival) seax, shield downgraded as soon as I claim "godly reward".Every time patches come out "there is always a catch". It seems like bugs are 2nd nature or byproduct attached to every patch you guys release. I'm so sick of carelessness of your updates. All you guys think about is how to evolve game around microtransactions. I'm done with ac series.

same crap happened to me, i would not have complained about them downgrading it i did not lose all the materials i put into all the items upgrading them.

Same issue, logged in, redeemed the godly pack, got into the game and bam, all items reverted and "repurchased" stuff I've already had for months. So fun... I haven't been on in a while and first thing back in is yet another glitch.

Still looking for resolution on drinking games that aren't working after this last patch. Off to go search the boards for that one.

@hidden1ne I have helix credits sitting in my helix account from a purchase about 3wks ago. When I tried to download the godly, all my stuff reverted anyway. Seriously doubt having helix credits or not has anything to do with it. Nor should it.
