

@chimamirenohana, The helix credits weren’t really a factor in the downgrading, it was that yesterday only people with credits could actually “purchase” the pack, but Ubisoft fixed which is why we can all get it now, but the downgrades are something else entirely separate from your helix credits. Did you try and get this pack yesterday/ loaded into a save? Or was this attempt you’re talking about your very first attempt at getting the godly pack?

I just came back to the game. Playing on PS4. Last I played was January 30th.
I don't think I have the Godly reward.
When loading any save, all my yule festival stuff disappears a few seconds after loading is done. Eivor has the gear equipped and then, after like 2 seconds, the character is stripped and all yule gear disappears from my inventory. I seem to get a lot of upgrading materials back soon after, but I can't say if it's all, less, or more.
This doesn't really make me very keen on getting back to the game...
I've just spent an hour trying to find answers to this and contact your support chat. Your FB-messenger auto reply told me to use the support chat, but the chat wasn't even available.

@Mhule - Welcome to the forums Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I'm sorry to hear that your Yule gear has been removed. You should be able to claim the Godly Reward by visiting the Helix Store in-game. Would you be able to try visiting the store to see if you can claim the reward and have the gear returned to you?
The gear won't be fully upgraded, so you will need to do this if you chose to upgrade it before. The resources from the old set should have been returned to your inventory to allow you to do this. We apologise for any inconvenience caused from this.
If you're unable to reclaim the Godly pack, or are still missing the gear after claiming it, please don't hesitate to reach out.

welcome to the club, it downgraded everything for me from full mythical highest rank to bronze lowest rank, same [censored] as with the spartan bow.
@nivekttocs This is pretty much word for word the experience I've had playing the PS4 version. Extremely frustrating.
Just an info for PS4 users (maybe usefull for others too) :
Seem's that some issues in this Yule event are related to Wi-Fi, using wired connection seem's to resolve some problems...
I just downloaded the spring festival update and started playing but all my maxed out yule festival gear is gone from my inventory. I tried reloading previous saves and although I'm wearing my full gear in the load screen, seconds after I'm in game, my gear disappears off my body and I'm standing there naked. I tried purchasing the God pack in the animus store but the set came back without any of my upgrades
@capt_jess43 Have you claimed the FREE Godly Reward from the store? The free pack includes the all the Yule items, 300 opals, and I think there were a couple other items. Unfortunately your gear will come back without upgrades, but you should have received the materials back.

At login my weapons disappeared out of my hands and my whole ceremonial outfit gone.
It is not in my inventory anymore.
I can not load a older save because I overwrite one save all the time. That's something I will not do again...
Took me several hours to obtain this gear and upgrade it to the max. Very frustrating bug!
@jasonroelse You mean the Yule armor set & weapon? Their disappearance is an intended behaviour, not a bug, and it happens once you go online. The Yule items are now moved to the Helix Store as a free pack, The Godly Reward, which also comes with 300 Opals and Altair's legendary outfit.
You can go to the Helix Store and claim that pack and get those Yule items back should you want it.

I apologise for the double post. I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that the issue wherein the Yule gear would be lost from a player's inventory is due to be fixed in TU 1.2.1. This update will deployed 27 April, 2021 at 1 PM CEST / 8 AM ET.
This update will prevent players from losing these items in the future. If you have already lost these items, you will need to reclaim them again via the Godly Reward Pack for them to be added back to your inventory.
If anyone is encountering additional issues with the Godly Pack and Yule gear following TU 1.2.1, please don't hesitate to reach out!

@Ubi-Borealis after the update I still have the tattoos stuck in my inventory... the pop up has stopped happening but it is still annoying that I cannot get rid of the tattoo schemes from my inventory even if I go to the tattoo parlour

I know you said you can’t return them to rid of them where as I’ve been able to, but just wanted to know if it was ever at one point like this for you.
