Game is STILL crashing to desktop

Been doing this all year. It was fine on release, but after I took a break and went back, it's just sporadically and consistently CTD'd.
Pretty fed up - and it is a crash Reliability History registers.
The new update hasn't fixed it.
Who else is getting this? Totally ruining the game for me. -
