    Hello,

I don't know if anyone has this problem but it's getting out of hand. I never ever post on forums because I am too lazy to do so - but this is just too much. I paid for this 30€ so far just to play AC Valhalla (Ubisoft+ month 2) and the game just keeps crashing. It's not a specific activity or anyhing so it seems to be completely random. Trust me when I say I can take A LOT. But this got to the point where it's getting really really frustrating. 1 hour of playing the game - 3 crashes to the desktop - 0 saved progress. The game takes 5 minutes to launch because I can't skip any intro and the loading is tedious. I get into the game and talk to the first NPC I see and the game crashes. Another 5 minute launch and It takes me 30 minutes to catch 3 fishes of which I need 10. Game crashes. 5 minute launch - back to 0 fish and the game crashes again. I have constant 70 + FPS , hardware is NOT the problem as I have never encountered this problem before with any other game. I am like 28% done with the game and had about 20+ crashes and Im getting really salty over it. People pay for it - it's not free. Yet I found exactly ZERO resolved cases of this same exact problem. I am on PC btw.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Same here. XBOX One. Soo soo frustrating! I actually had few crashes before the 1.20 update but after the update its just become unbearable!
It usually happens in the settlement during many activities for Ostara Festival but always crashes during fighting event.
I just can't be bothered anymore to try to finish this events. 😕
Sorry Ubisoft but after so many years of loyalty I'm very disappointed with it! And please fix it ASAP!

This is so frustrating. I don't play regularly, but every time I encounter crash 2-3 times. Don't know what's wrong. Never encountered this in Origins and Odyssey. Hope Ubisoft listens and fixes this.

Although it's better since the mini patch, I'm still crashing. I had gotten Reda's quests, did one, was on the second one and the moment I aimed a bow, the game crashed. When I finally got back into game, the quest had disappeared. This is March 21st.

@tolkyyn every time the game crashes you loose reda quests that you didnt complete but you can accept them again and do them. just so you dont think its lost forever but yeah I agree. I havent played the game for 4 days now because its unplayable yet I doubt there will be any compensation for this. I am paying for Ubisoft+ ONLY to play Valhalla but I cant. This is the last time I payed for something from Ubisoft. No response, no feedback, putting out hotfix that doesnt hotfix anything , no compensation , no nothing.

Hey everyone, I am sorry for the frustration this issue has been with progression in Valhalla. We recently provided some maintenance that should fix the occurring crashes you may have been seeing after 1.2.0. However, please keep us posted here if you are still seeing frequent crashes during this time and if you are still losing Reda's quests when this happens. I'd like to also provide this particular issue @Tolkyyn and @MerudinSVK has seen with our team to further review.
