1.2.0 (PS5) No longer have Platinum trophy

I logged in to check out transmog. Ran around then my trophy notifications popped up. I went to trophies to check out what was going on and it dropped to 84% Completion
On the main page it says I'm 100% (Home screen where it says Start Game). Sync does nothing for trophy list. Stays at 84% -
