Purchased armor pack with helix coins and not showing up in inventory

Just bought Valhalla and helix coins, got all kinds of things like armor pack, weapons, materials yet NONE of it is showing in my inventory. I just started a new game and I have none of the items that I paid for. What is this game? How do I get the items that ive purchased? Some help would be appreciated ...

@netherdragonxz I've the same issue. even worse, i got the ultimate version of the game, and all i've is the basic game, all the extra are nowhere to be found.
Deleted the game and redownloaded with all the add-ons, still nothing. -
@netherdragonxz Have you made it to England yet? I believe I’ve read on here before that some purchases don’t unlock until then.

@netherdragonxz any brought armors will show when you have spoken to gunner to upgrade your father's axe and then to go talk to randvi outside the long house..
