Saint Lewinna's Church in Suthsexe (Guildford) has a bug that's actually a serious blocker, players can't retrieve gear from loot chest within the church.

The obstacle blocking the door cannot be pulled away from the door, which is the only pathway to the chest.

Please kindly have a look at this as soon as possible.

I am at the location where to find mentor robe, but there are boxes in the way and when i try to move them they become stuck and i cant, please help

Same. I've tried progressing the story further. I've fast traveled, relogged, meditated and wiggled till my character passed out.

It bothers me greatly that i cant move them, i have all the other parts this is the only one i still need

As stated in the title there is a blockade that is blocking the chest armor and it will not move. The blockade originally had boxes in front of it that I destroyed. I have tried reloading, moving to another place on the map and progressing the story. This is the final piece I need for the set bonus! Please help!

I watched videos thinking I was making a dumb mistake and seeing other people complete this, this object should just pull right out. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with these stacks but the other prevented me from completing a mystery which wasn't too big of a deal.

Not being able to access a gear set is much more major.

Hi, I'm unable to move the obstacle in Saint Lewinna's Church in Guildford to get the armor piece. What should I do? I've already destroyed all of the objects around the obstacle, and nothing seems to work.

SOLVED! (kinda) I had to glitch my way through the shelf. I have no video so will do my best to explain.

First I set the graphics preset to Low. (No idea if this is a factor.)
Then (with the breakable boxes out of the way) I dodge roll into the shelf.
I immediately grabbed the shelf while pressing forward. Sometimes this will cause it to look like I am moving through the shelf in a 1st person POV.
Quickly release the shelf while in it and spam E to open the door behind it.
Repeat (meld into shelf then release) and dodge roll forward to get in.

@honeyfall you are a god send. this took about 10 mins but i was able to get this done. you don't need to dodge roll to get into it, just quickly grab/release multiple times, this will set it off more often. opened the door and as long as you stay on the box it won't close. was able to finally repeat this but didn't need to roll.

Hello, I have encountered a bug where I simply cannot move one of the shelves in front of a door. I have tried everything from going onto an old save game to reinstalling the game.

Provided is a video of it happening, the recording quality isnt great but you can tell what is going on as well as the location of it happening.

Anybody know a fix?

I am on PC.

Hey there, I'm sorry that you guys are experiencing this. Would you be able to provide a video of the immovable shelf so we can get this sent up to the developers as a bug report?

In the Suthsexe region, inside Saint Lewinna's Church in Guildford I'm unable to access the chest. I've entered the chapel but no matter what I do it will not let me move the blockade Infront of the door. I have tried reloading, travelling to Norway to reset the world state, but nothing works. Only thing I can think of is that the game still thinks the boxes I destroyed are blocking the way, but they won't respawn no matter what I do...

The wooden shelf in Guildford church (the one just before the room with the Mentor's Robes chest is located) is bugged where it cannot be moved out of the way. No matter what direction I pull in the crate refuses to move and is stopping me from completing the Mentor's set.
