Hello all!

I've merged together several threads about being unable to move the shelf in Saint Lewinna's church, preventing access to the wealth chest, into a single megathread. I apologise if any ongoing discussions have been disrupted by this merge. Creating a single thread allows us to keep all of the information and updates from an investigation in one place.

Thanks for continuing to share your reports within the forums, as well as your images and videos. These have been very helpful as part of the investigation, and have been passed on to the development team for a closer look.

They are still investigating this stuck shelf further. Once we have any updates from the investigation, we will share these within this thread and within the News & Announcements forum.

A number of you have also shared some workarounds, which have helped several players to move the shelf and collect the wealth. I'd like to take a moment to share these with you all again, and recommend that you give them a go if you haven't already!

@Spookydootboi shared the following suggestion:

Put your graphics settings on low and cap your frames at 60fps(this part is very important) and then grab the shelf hold the s key or just hold the back direction on controller and rapidly enter and exit grabbing the shelf the shelf will become dislodged and you can now move it, 

@SaezoGerbozor was also able to move the shelf by lowering their FPS:

I managed to resolve this issue by setting myself to 30 fps and taking and dropping the shelf quickly

@Ryniu3001 had the following workaround on PS5:

Went to Settings --> Screen And Video --> Resolution --> Select "720p." Went to Settings --> Saved Data and Game/App Settings --> Game Presets --> Performance Mode or Resolution Mode --> Select "Performance Mode." Went back to the game, I was able to move the shelf and got Mentor's Robe.

@Xx_Argyle_xX was able to move the shelf using the following method for PC and Xbox Series X:

I found that if you persist with it eventually it will move. Grab pull let go repeat over and over. I am playing across multiple platforms. Started on PC moved to Xbox SX. Nothing else worked for me but this did. Good luck.

If none of these workarounds help to resolve the issue for you, please don't hesitate to let us know. Rest assured that the development team are looking into a more permanent fix as well.

Hello all!

Following the announcement of TU 1.2.0, I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. The development team plan to resolve the issue wherein the shelf in Saint Lewinna's Church cannot be moved in tomorrow's update!

This update is due to be deployed 16 March, 2021 at 1PM CET/8AM EDT. You can read the patch notes and learn more here.
 
If the issue still persists for you following the deployment of TU 1.2.0, please can you provide us with a video that shows the following:

• You have TU 1.2.0 installed. You can check this in the title menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
• You are still unable to move the shelf to access the wealth chest.

I apologise for the delayed update. I'm sorry to hear that some of you still encountered trouble moving the shelf in Saint Lewinna's Church. The development team has been looking into these additional reports further.

I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that this issue is due to be fixed in TU 1.2.1. This update will deployed 27 April, 2021 at 1 PM CEST / 8 AM ET.
 
If you are still encountering issues with the shelf in Saint Lewinna's Church following TU 1.2.1, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look. Please include a video that shows the following:

• You have TU 1.2.1. installed. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
• The issue still occuring in-game.

I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. I'm happy to announce that the development team intend to deploy a fix for the shelf in Saint Lewinna's Church in TU 1.2.2. This update will be deployed 15 June, 2021 at 2 PM CEST / 8 AM ET.
 
If you are still encountering issues when moving the shelf in Saint Lewinna's Church following TU 1.2.2, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can take a closer look. Please include a video that shows the following:

• You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can view this information in the opening game menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
• That the issue continues to persists in-game following this update.

 
Additionally, please ensure that you have an up-to-date save uploaded to the cloud. We can then pass these reports to the development team for further investigation.
