Mission is stuck at Regroup with Soma, she is just standing outside the longhouse and nothing happens, you can't speak to her either.

I apologise for the double post. Following the announcement of TU 1.2.0, the two following issues have been marked as resolved by the development team:Addressed an issue in Glory Regained that prevented players from proceeding with the quest after reaching the "Regroup with Soma" objective.
This update is due to be deployed 16 March, 2021 at 1PM CET/8AM EDT. You can read the patch notes and learn more here.
If the issue still persists for you following the deployment of TU 1.2.0, please can you provide us with a video that shows the following:- You have TU 1.2.0 installed. You can check this in the title menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
- That you are unable to proceed after reaching the "Regroup with Soma" objective.
If you are unable to interact with Soma in Island of Eels after reaching the objective "Regroup with Soma's clan," please be assured that the development team are still investigating this issue further. They hope to resolve this in a future update. We currently don't have a definite ETA for this. Once we have more information to share from this investigation, it will be posted within the forums.

@bubbleshxx I used fast travel to go back to my longboat and then ran back to Soma and it fixed the bug. Hope this helps!

@bubbleshxx I’m having the same issue. I did try to fast travel to the longboat and I did not work for me.

I've on xbox one, tried fast travelling, closing the game, I've just left that mission for now and exploring instead :')

Got to the part outside the longhouse, quest says to Regroup with Soma. Nothing happens when I stand near her and I do not get an interaction popup. Went and did another region and the first part of Asgard to kill some time, came back, repledged to Grantebridgescire and its still stuck. If the only fix for this is to make a new save I think ill pass, already 16 hours into the game and I am not in the mood to redo all that.

@charrich It appears this quest is quite buggy then. I don't have the same issue as you, but im also stuck on this quest because of another bug. Made a post about that too, so lets hope they fix this quest.

@blaze_v_nano I have the exact same issue. Tried turning off and on again, tried following and unfollowing quest, tried fast travelling back to camp and sleeping then returning to Soma, still nothing.

I'm stuck at this very same spot on Series X, too. Closing the game, fast traveling, reloading nor waiting do nothing. Soma kept trying to climb the fence but kept falling down over and over again and now she (and the rest of the gang) are just standing outside the longhouse and there's nothing you can do. The whole main mission is stuck because of this. Please fix this ASAP.

Since failing to find a workaround for this bug I've just been carrying on with all the other quests and side quests that are available. That's pretty much dried up now so in order to progress any further I need to complete the Glory Regained quest. I've re-pledged to Grantebridgescire but it hasn't reset the mission, it's still saying I need to regroup with Soma and she's standing outside the long house exactly where I left her. Unfortunately I'm still having the same glitch where nothing happens when I stand next to her. I'm now power 126 and 38 hours in... Ubisoft please help!? Is there a way to restart/reset this quest?
I've also encountered many other small bugs, and two other game breaking glitches, one in Ledecestrescire and one in Asgard where reloading a previous save was my only option costing me a couple of hours of progress. Apart from the glitches though I'm really enjoying the game and story, it's a shame that it's been released in this state as it's now unplayable for me. -
