Weapons not showing during cutscenes - Bug?

hi!
I am having an issue where my weapons aren’t showing during cutscenes, but shields and bows do. This is especially noticeable with two handers, where once I enter a conversation cutscene all I see is a empty holster on my characters back. The weapons reappear again after the cutscene ends, but the issue is incredibly jarring.
I love this game, but the immersion breaking is making it difficult to enjoy. I scanned through the pinned noted issues and the resolved issues and did not see it the problems listed, but I have a hard time believing that others haven’t encountered this bug before.
Is this a known issue? If so, has anyone found a fix for it?
For reference, I am playing on the PS5, however, the bug was also present on the PS4 before I upgraded.

Here is a video I just uploaded that displays the issue:
I switched to multiple two-hander weapons and all of them disappear from my back during the cutscene. In the last cutscene, I used a one-hander and a shield. Notice how the shield and bow shows, but the one-handed axe doesn't.

I have also been experiencing this issue while playing on a PC. I have tried reinstalling the game and even deleting and restarting my save, but the glitch appears nonetheless. Any melee weapon Eivor equips disappears during many cutscenes, specifically it is in cutscenes where the dialogue is still skippable (as opposed to fully pre-rendered cutscenes, and dialogues where the player can still control the camera).
I have seen a couple threads mentioning this issue but no sign of a fix from Ubisoft.
While the original poster has already provided video illustrating the issue, I'd be happy to upload one as well if that would help
Hope it can be resolved soon, the game is super fun but this bug really messes with immersion and enjoyment.
