People interested in joining class action against Ubisoft

Hello,
Ubisoft have failed, since November, to fix an issue which renders the game unplayable by me and others. They continue to lie to me about it, and constantly close the support case without doing anything.
They have recommended I come here.
As such I am starting a class action against Ubisoft to get them to meet their legal support requirements and pay damages, so as to ensure that they start providing actual customer support in future.
I am looking for others who have had similar issues with Ubisoft and their inabaility to meet their legal support requirements to join the class action.

If I had a dollar for every time I have seen a message threatening a class action lawsuit on a gaming forum then I could comfortably retire.

@fillshertease Which law are you referring to? Considering lots of companies - even banks - no longer have any method by which one can contact support staff, or methods that involve wasting humungous amounts of time to the same effect, I somehow doubt such a law exists. Internet service providers are particularly prone to this type of "service", or lack thereof. Also, support is often outsourced to third parties paying people a pittance who frankly do not know the answers and have no way of contacting anyone who does.

@fillshertease OK if this goes ahead this is the cost of such a case. Total cost just to attempt to sue ubisoft a multi billion dollar company could run into least half a mill to a mill. Now if you loose then you will have to pay all court costs and then ubi could counter sue.. Even if you had a strong case and succeed.. Ubisoft would have to pay out say about 10 million. Out of this you play your court costs and then divided the amount between the group who sued with you.. Now after tax before you even pay out anything.. 10 million in America taxed will leave you only with 6.3 million as tax is 37%.. Now each person with receive say 1.5 million depends how many people now tax on that will leave you around 500.000.. Again that's a small amount after years of fighting in the courts.. Now reverse this and tell me where the hell you would get 10 to 20 million to pay back ubisoft if you loose?. So yeah that's all I have to say. Now im no lawyer or accountant but from my research on the matter that's how it would happen.. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Cheers BTW I'm Irish so based the American tax rate from Google..
