Hi folks. Urgent Bug-Fix-Patch needed for XBOX Series X for AC Valhalla. Game in Options has "Mouse and Keyboard" support .... but as Keyboard works perfectly MOUSE DOES NOT. Switching into Hybrid mode does not help at all. I've checked already Mouse+Keyboard in other XBOX Series X games: Gears 5, Minecraft, Fortnite works perfectly with this combo from the get-go. But not AC Valhalla. It is a game Bug, not an equipment compatibility fault. Please give us RE about this case. Marek Tomaszewski (Poland)

So this has been an issue for a while and I don’t know if it is being looked into but it’s very frustrating. So I switch between PS5 and Series X when playing Valhalla. The issues are that trophies I have earned on PS5 are not showing up on my Series X. I can’t get the “Not the Norse you’re looking for achievement” to unlock despite doing what the achievements asks on Series X...other cross platform achievement issues include the game on a different platform not properly registering your progress...for example I have killed about 4 of the legendary animals so far yet on the progress tracker on my series X it is only saying 10% so I feel like the game won’t unlock the achievement once I do complete this. Also, there are main story quests that aren’t showing up on the list of “completed quests” tab. Like it’s literally blank, and that’s for the East Anglia arc and the Cent arc, luckily the achievements have unlocked for those but I don’t know if that’s a bug as well (I’m guessing so) but I don’t know if that’s a result of the cross platform play. Hoping all of this gets resolved. On the issue of bugs there are mysteries that are bugged as well. As I mentioned the “Pig of Prophecy” one is bugged where Eivor won’t hallucinate and is preventing you from talking to the pig so I can’t attain 100% completion until it is resolved and my save before starting that quest was about 30 hours back in my play through so jumping back is really not ideal. Any acknowledgement of passing these issues onto the team would be greatly appreciated and hope they will be worked on and fixed come the next patch.
