Lunden quest bug. Can't complete first questline.

I encountered the bug last year about a month after release. Same thing with others on here.
The last part of "Walls and Shadows" where you go back to Stowe and Erke to finish that first quest. I've looked everywhere in that town.
There is NO map marker.
This is a game breaking bug b/c NO ONE can progress further. This should have been top priority. -
