Issue/bug with Eydis' Surprise fishing delivery reward

Hi,
When I deliver the fishes required for the Eydis' Surprise (fishing hut delivery) I don't receive anything. I suppose to receive a settlement decoration, it seems a wooden statue.
Can you please help me? -
@betty0510 Hello there! I'm sorry to hear about this. I'd like to have you send us a video or screenshot of you having completed the requirements for this delivery, and not receiving the rewards. This would make reporting easier!

The reward isn't a tattoo, but a settlement decoration, as you can see in the picture. It seems a wooden statue of Thor or Odin maybe.
Anyway I bought all the settlement decoration available from the shop at this moment (I'm about to finish the Suthexe Story Arc) -
@betty0510 It's possible that you may have already purchased the reward from the shop which is why you didn't receive it as a reward. Have you checked through your settlement decorations to see if it is in your inventory?
