CPU Utilisation is capped to 50% on Intel CPUs. This issue began from update 1.1.0. Everything was alright in update 1.0.4 and before.

CPU Utilisation is stuck to 50% on an Intel CPU at all graphical settings and my FPS went from 60-70 to 30-40. This issue began from update 1.1.0. Everything was perfectly fine in update 1.0.4. I updated graphics drivers, updated Windows, I tried everything even I rolled back graphics drivers. Nothing changed. CPU Utilisation is stuck to 50% on the exact same hardware. Please resolve this issue in a hotfix or in future update. Thank you.
