Damage Overall After Shoulder Bash Ability

Hi, so I’m making this post separate from the guaranteed assassination as asked, because this problem really goes beyond just the setting being overridden. As said before by others, after acquiring this ability in the new river raid, it not only ruins guaranteed assassinate, but assassination, and now reported overall damage in general. As a default setting player, every assassination is now a QTE, even when you’re well above the level required for a one-hit. If you go back to any save before grabbing the ability, assassinations are all fine and work proper, and it’s only after you grab this ability again that damage begins its glitches. Other instances noticeable now besides assassination are breakable objects hanging over soldiers, again before killed instantly, now there is still health after, and the other being the level 2 raven stun, before took out the whole stun bar, again now only does 75% damage and leaves a bit of stun left. Clearly this affects more than just guaranteed assassination, and somehow the ability is lessening our damage without our stat numbers actually showing so. The best videos to view on this are from youtuber Jorraptor, wherein this video he showcases in detail everything I’m saying going wrong with damage to every player, not just those whose use guaranteed assassination.

Thanks for taking the time to report this, and to provide such a detailed description about the changes to damage/raven stun. The development team is aware that the Shoulder Bash ability has also affected player damage, and they're investigating this further too.
