Hi after pretty much completing the game on my ps4 I got a ps5 and decided I was going to try and get the platinum trophy. Which I very rarely do. I now have 41 out of 51 trophies. But two of them I have already done through the story and they are shown as hidden trophies. I have spent 130 hrs so far and am a bit gutted.
Is there a way to fix this or is there going to be a fix. The trophies missing are:
Calling in a favour
As it was foretold.

same for me mate- different trophies missing to you though- story ones and settlement building trophies
raised a case with Ubisoft and been told- they may sync if I keep playing (nothing left to play)
- need to start the game again to get the Ps5 trophies
I’ve contacted PlayStation directly too -
@daz-lufc thanks mate. Absolute nightmare. Still got a couple to do. So will do them. In case one day it does sync. Might play again but just power through the story to get the 2 a need.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to unlock certain trophies after transferring the game from PS4 to PS5. Thanks for letting us know what trophies have been affected for you.
Just to clarify - did you first unlock these trophies on PS4 then transfer to PS5, or were they unlocked on the PS5 whilst playing through the game?
@daz-lufc - Would you be able to let us know exactly which trophies have been affected for you? Was it all story related trophies, or only certain ones?

I got the 100% trophy on PS4 and they haven’t transferred to the PS5 -

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.
