Not much of a spoiler but if you don't want to know don't read.
So I got wolf pet long time ago, but today did the one with Dandy.
Im sure he is in settlement (Fox small and shy. my guess hiding) and now my wolf is nowhere to be seen.
Preatty much anytime I go to longhouse he is there.
Was wondering if it was another bug?
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hi Vikings!
We have not received any reports of this issue for quite sometime. However, after thorough investigation the development team has confirmed that they are unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.
I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and can only apologise.
As the issue will no longer be investigated, I will now lock this thread and mark it as resolved.
I completed this world event with the burning house in Oxenefordscire but the fox companion is not showing up in the Ravensthorpe settlement. Eivor spoke to the fox after it followed me asking if it wanted to join the settlement and then ran off into some bushes and seemingly disappeared. When I travel back to Ravensthorpe, the fox is no where to be found. I've also seen a video showing where the fox should be, but in my game that just isn't happening. I have traveled to Norway and back to England and rebooted the game to see if that would fix it but haven't had any success doing that. I checked the burning house again and the fox is not there either. I have also read some reports from others having the same issue.
Thanks
my pet fox is gone after some times I further down the storyline, he's no where to be found. I searched the whole settlement and he/she's nowhere to be found. I love the little guy, always running around the place.
PLEASE BRING IT BACK TO ME.
you can't just give a pet and let me grown attached to it and then just bugged it out and erase it like that. HAVE YOU NO HEART???
@spider6418
I am having the same problem. He isn't showing up at my settlement either, and I was really hoping he would be there. He's a cool little fox!! Lol.
@valtyrnine
You can indeed!! It is part of one of the world events. The fox is supposed to show up back at the settlement. I am having the same problem. Come home, Dandelion Puff!!

Chewy the wolf disappeared from the settlement and after petting a cat that disappeared too.
Also having this problem can't find Dandelion anymore, I saw hm only once near the big tree, with blue dot over him, now as I spend a certain amount of time searching him ... I'm fed up with all these bugs ....
@peacekeepersun Thank you for reporting this to us.
When you completed the quest for this, did you get the Man's Best Friend ability? If so, do you still have that unlocked in your Abilities?
Both of them are nowhere to be seen in my settlement the last few days.
Did both quests and still have the ability unlocked
@ubi-baron
I guess my wolf disappeared after doing the world event which rewards you the fox, Dandelion but I can't give you more detailled information. Haven't seen the fox for 3 days now, finished asgard and jotunheim story arc but I don't think that this is related to pets in the settlement
@ubi-baron I'm pretty sure it was directly after the 1.0.4 update. I had both (wolf & fox) and already completed the game. They just disappeared.
I finished Pet fox (its name Dandelion Puff) Oxfordshire Mystery World Quest and its join my settlement, i only saw it once roaming in my settlement near bakery and now i cant find Dandelion Puff anywhere. is there an particular area that Dandelion Puff roaming? or there is a bug that cause Dandelion Puff gone from my settlement?
