Completion of Storyline not recognised in Ubisoft Connect rewards

I have completed the Eivor story arc. All regions have been pacified, all 45 Order members have been eliminated, Asgard and Jotunhiem have been completed but the Complete Eivor's Story Arc reward in Ubisoft Connect challenges has not completed. Am I missing something? Do I have to get 100% of all the trophies to get this reward? Please help.
