Bug in River Bug - Northern Monestary

I have a wierd bug, i can see the Northern Monestry Raid, but when i goto it, i cannot start the Raid, and have no start point for it.
I have quit the game and restarted it (several times), and its the same, i cant finish that location as one clue is there, and i cant start said raid.
I haver tried to submit this as an bug, but it doesnt let me.

@unwiseiain_pc it's likely you have conducted a raid there too recently and didn't finish it. You will need to conduct (iirc) three more fresh raid sequences (start a raid mission from your settlement and immediately return back to ravensthorpe for faster progression)..

As @jetblackfighter mentions, if you have just completed a raid in that location, the area will show as ruins the next time you raid that river and you won't be able to raid it. The area will reset after three more river raids, and you should be able to visit the location again.
Was this your first time visiting the Northern Monastery? Or were you unable to visit it following a previous raid?
