@ubi-baron Tried again with 1.1.1. Still doesn't work. Can I get a refund?

Honestly I’m now just absolutely ragin at Ubisoft like [censored] Iv been a massive fan of ac for years an never ever had a problem like this i platinum nearly all the ac games an now I can’t do Fa with this ! I pretty much can’t do anything else in this game untill I can complete pilgrimage to st. Albanes ! Left pretty much without a resolve or any way to fix it an Ubisoft don’t seem to care one bit I check the game everyday for an update an still nothing ! Ubisoft clearly don’t care about there customers !! They should hang there heads in same, I’m left with a game I can’t finish an wasted my money !!!

Been stuck on this missions for months now! Reached out to Ubisoft so many times without any proper response or fix to this issue ! I have nothing left todo in the game an can’t complete the story untill this is resolved ! Ubisoft don’t seem to care about there customers atall ! They should hang there heads in shame !!!

Please give us something, we gave you the money for the game. When we report the issue been getting still under investigation for 3 months. No listing out on known issues. Many of us took you at your word and continued on with other parts of the game figuring to circle back and out would be fixed. Well here we are 2 months later and you don't even acknowledge the problem.
Please provide us with some information that we didn't get in a copy and paste response 3 months ago. Or provide us with a way to refund our money. This is bad business at this point and beyond aggravating for your customers.

@ubi-baron Please provide if any update on this. Up to power level 280 something and have just about all things done and side wealth and mysteries complete. Would really like to be able to finish the game I love!!

This is absolutely ridiculous, 3 months and we cannot play the game. If I knew this would have happened I would have waited to buy the game since it is now on sale for $30. Fix this or give us refunds. Honestly people complain about cyberpunk and we have to deal with this no context from the devs, just silence. I will not be buying anymore ubisoft games now

My issue with the pilgrimage to St. Albanes is the key is not showing up to unlock the door. I seen on youtube that someone says one of the guards inside of the church would have the key, but the 3 guards inside do not have a key. I use Odin's vision and I see the key symbol but it's floating outside of the church. I climb back out of the church and try to follow but then it disappears. So I killed every damn person I seen and none have the key. I even restarted from a previous save that took me like 2 hours behind my current progress to get back to the quest pilgrimage to St. Albanes and it's still doing the same thing.

I'm about to just stop playing without even finishing because of this. Any help would be appreciated it.

@lsp704 hi, I got the key, the monk in the basement of the church had it.

@kselich i can't even get to the basement. The key isn't showing up for me at all. I use Odin vision and I can see the key symbol, but no guard has it. It looks like the key is showing up underground. But how am I suppose to get the key underground if I can't unlock the door.

i don’t know if it’s the same for anyone else but ‘creating a new case’ simply just does not work !! So even ubiwan’s only suggestion does not even work or help us in the slightest!! Ubisoft get your act together!

@ubiwan this does not work !!!!! I have tried multiple times to create a new case an it does not let me creat one ! App because of corona virus how tf does corona virus affect me taking to somone on a chat ? Or sending them a message itleast addressing the issue ? There’s no help here what so ever. The only suggestion you have came of with to is does not even work !!!!!!!!

It's been over 3 months now with this bug stopping me from playing the game, I want a resolution or a full refund!!!!! It's simply not on the way it was released with other glitches and bugs in the game but the majority didn't halt progress like this one has.

This problem still persists. Nothing is mentioned in the megathread, so is it being resolved at all?
Also it is suggested to share save files but you are unable to on the link provided

@capt__carter I been trying just about everyday, but no guy with a key still for me. This sucks because I'm really enjoying this game, but if I can't get the key then I'm going to have to stop playing. I will try again today to see if the guy shows up with the key for me.

I'm having a problem with the Pilgrimage to St. Albanes quest.
I got to where Fulke is but when I opened the door to her cell there was no cut scene.
She does not acknowledge my presence i cant pass this is glich or need to fix this, and is on xbox one

@lsp704 mines not the same issue Iv found the key gone down into the cell where fulke is but no interaction happens !

@oneleft1998 yeah mines the exact same you go into the cell an he’s standing there but no interaction or anything for that matter will happen won’t follow me out etc tried everything! Nothing is making it work! Iv done so much in the game since this happend an it’s now the only thing holding me back from doing a lot more in it
