

i don't understand how this hasn't been fixed yet ? I just got to this mission and my key is no where to be seen as well. Come on Ubisoft
Is there any updates on this? Have entirely cleared everything out of St Albanes, and she's still just sitting in the prison unresponsive. Quest sign on map has disappeared too, but the quest still shows in quest log that I need to escort her out of the cell. Can't progress further in game without this one!
Like everyone else - stuck with Fulke not engaging. Tried raiding the place, tried completing a bunch of other missions and come back to no avail. How is this not listed as one of the issues in the Mega thread? This game is so full of bugs and crashes frequently. I own and have played every single game in the franchise and this is by far the buggiest of them all. It is like a bunch of interns or some outsourced slave coder was put in charge of the whole project. FIX THE GOD DAMN ISSUES!
I haven't tried playing valhalla now for a few weeks does anyone know if this issue is fixed yet?
Dans la quête « pèlerinage à saint Alban » il faut secourir fulke, j’ai attaqué le monastère, j’ai été jusqu’à Fulke mais elle ne bouge pas, elle reste là debout dans sa cellule. Sigurd était là au début, puis en continuant d’autres quêtes lorsque je suis revenue il n’était plus là et Fulke ne bouge toujours pas, comment faire svp ? Ai-je oublié quel que chose ?

Still no fix on this? We need transparency with this. I'm sure I speak for both myself and others within this community when I say that some of us still haven't seen half this game due to this bug. I've two saves that the bug has occurred on and with no way to refund I'm at an impasse as to what to do. Please just give us any shread of info you have on this bug. I mean it's been 2 months now since this was first reported. Tad worried we've just been left with no fix or update as to where you're at with it.

I think you’re exactly correct that we are being left without a fix. It’s been over two months and this issue has never been put on the official reported issues megathread or list of known issues. Ubisoft is clearly aware of the issue but is refusing to say anything. I mean even if the problem was complicated and a difficult fix why wouldn’t they give a update saying that? They clearly just expect us to throw away all our hours/progress and reset. I find it funny how some studios get correctly called out for shipping buggy games with game breaking glitches but others don’t. It really motivates me to buy more Ubisoft games...
@ubiwan Hey Guys! It's been a month now since your canned response. I take we're to unload the game and never purchase from Ubisoft again. That it? Sure seems like it. Not even a hint of a solution on here for what 2 months now? Feels cheap. In my case the key is underground as well.
@oneleft1998 This happened to me and after about 2 days I worked it out. I went back to the Abby with no raiding party and broke into the church from the 2nd floor and this time the guy with the key was in there. Tried a dozen times before. Go ALONE.

Seriously 2 months without anything. No response or megethread.
I contacted support 4 or 5 times and they keep closing the tickets as resolved even after I respond is not.
Give us something please.

@ubiwan Hey, I would like to help you but my save game is on stadia. But I'm surprise that you guys haven't look into it already, I called the support team 3 times about this subject and they told me they knew about the bug. Can you told us if it's going to be in the next patch, I really want to keep playing this good game but I can't for now.

As it stands, we're unable to provide ETAs on patches / updates being worked on by the dev team. As for the save game file, that's totally okay if you're unable to provide it due to platform! For the most part regarding issues like these, once an issue can be discovered by the team and recreated, a solution for the issue typically can be found for all platforms ; the two I've mentioned simply have the easiest way for our team to review the save files of those affected by the issue.
Tried raising a ticket to report this bug. Says that support teams are using live chat only due to Covid but then below says live chat is currently unavailable? Can’t even get hold of support teams to resolve issues and it’s beyond a joke. I’ve been stuck on this bug since pretty much release date and I’ve now reached the point where I’ve lost all faith in the franchise. Game had huge potential and it’s been ruined by these bugs. People pay good money to play these games and we’re being done a disservice here. Very disappointed to say the least. Bring back Desmond

So more of nothing. Many of us spent 100s of dollars on this game and we get glitch yule missions and hey look we made it Christmas in the game. For over 60 days you've ubi has been doing its best to make cyberpunk look well developed.
So step one at least acknowledge the issue on your know issues forum, let's just start there so that those of us who can't play the game we paid for at least know we are being heard.
I've literally completed the rest of the game sans the storyline from pilgrimage on this is getting into the realm of absurd and negligent on the part of a company that sold a game it cannot support to customers it will not listen to.
Logged on today hoping this update would have fixed the issue...NOPE, 2 months later and we still cannot play this game, how do I request a refund? Clearly ubisoft does not care enough to fix this considering it was never even added to the threads of known issues. People actually thought cyberpunk was bad, well atleast I was able to finish that game

@zkingspartacx those bugs are still there. Was hoping they fixed it on last night's update. Even have a bug in jotunheimen when you gonna collect the cauldron. Can't enter the cave. Haven't been able to play the game in a month. This is the game that should go to court, not cyberpunk. With the double price they should really focus on getting [censored] done. But ubisoft is ubisoft
@oneleft1998 Same for me, I literally have nothing else to do but this quest. I regretfully advanced all the other territories and now I'm stuck. Can you please FIX the freaking bug? Or at least implement a way to retry a quest.
