River Raid - Clues collected, no next action

Found the clues from both Exe and Severn river Raid locations and prompted to return to Vagn. When returning to Ravens Thorpe all quests are gone and only repeat raiding is available.

This issue is still under active investigation, however it does not occur for every player so if you're wondering and haven't yet attempted this I still wouldn't let this prevent you from giving it a try. @ubi-orion well you should know I'm on PS4 and I'm done with the river raids, I actually had zero issues. Then again i didnt' go back to Vagn after getting any clue. I finished every river in one go before going back so i had already found all the armor and whatnot those clues point to, then he pointed me to the next river in turn.
